Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Implementation
  • Monitoring of Training Effectiveness and Follow-up
  • Administrative and Operational Efficiency
  • Submits the following reports:
  • Training Feedback Report
  • Weekly Workplan
  • Weekly Project List
  • Other reports that may be required

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Communication Arts, Education, Business Admin and other courses where communication skills are exhibited. Fresh graduates can be considered
  • Experience in training facilitation/teaching is an advantage
  • At least 20-30 years old
  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel
